This grilled chicken salad is everything you want in a summer meal—fresh, bold, and full of flavor. Juicy grilled chicken breast rests on a bed of mixed greens with ripe tomato, fresh yellow summer squash, red and green onions, and radishes. The star of the show? That punchy Heinz 57 dressing, bringing tang and zip to every bite. 🍗
If you’ve already fallen for my Grilled Shrimp Salad with Heinz 57 dressing, just wait until you try this chicken version. Same punchy, tangy flavor bomb of a dressing, but this time we’re letting grilled chicken take the spotlight. 🍗✨

I start with a simple mix of fresh greens — whatever’s on hand. Add juicy tomatoes, microgreens – try em, you’ll like em😉, raw yellow summer squash, fresh avocado, thin radish slices, some sharp red onion, and a bit of green onion for brightness. Top it all with some warm, perfectly, grilled chicken. And then, of course, drizzle it with Heinz 57 dressing to tie it all together.

It’s quick, it’s fresh, and it hits all the right notes—sweet, tangy, savory, and a little bold. Perfect for hot days when you don’t want to cook much, but still want something that feels like a real meal.
Okay, if you’re a die-hard ranch or Caesar kind of person? I get it. But give this a try—I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. This dressing brings something different to the table, and the grilled chicken holds its own like a champ. 💪
What’s in it:
- Grilled chicken – I used chicken tenderloins, they grill up hot and fast
- Salad greens – any mix of crisp lettuce, spring greens, or romaine
- Microgreens – any will work, but radish microgreens are my favorite
- Raw yellow summer squash – sliced in bite size pieces
- Juicy tomatoes – cherry, grape, or garden-fresh slices
- Radishes – for that fresh bite
- Red Onion – sliced nice and thin
- Green onions – chopped to add a mellow oniony hit
- Fresh avocado – sliced nice and thin
- Tangy Heinz 57-style dressing – homemade dressing is the best! This one is quick and easy to make, and super tasty.
For the Dressing:

- Heinz 57 Sauce
- Olive Oil – or a neutral oil if you prefer
- White Wine Vinegar
- Garlic clove — minced, or finely grated using a microplane
- Honey
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients, give it a good shake or stir, and it’s ready to serve.
Toss It All Together 😉
Just add all your veggies to a big bowl, give it a light toss, then top with that juicy grilled chicken and a generous drizzle of Heinz 57 dressing. That’s it—fresh, bold, and ready to devour.
Grab a fork. You’re gonna want in on this one. 🥗🔥
